Oihane Rodríguez is a Spanish actress and singer. Currently training in the MA Acting International in East 15, she has also trained in Guildhall School of Music and Drama (PAC) and Fontainebleau School of Acting. She is a classically trained singer, coached in voice technique by Peter T. Harrison and in singing -opera, jazz and musical theatre- by soprano Pilar Tejero. She trained for years as a violinist. Her professional background includes her work as an actress and assistant director with the independent Spanish theatre company TGR for 6 years, portraying Socorro in the new play Madrid 1808 Nosotros. Ellos among other productions. She was a part of various Spanish comedy webseries such as Tuitsketch, short films, both as writer and actress, and musicals such as Cats as Bombalurina and Rent as Mimi. She was also a backup singer in the Spanish funk band Melismática before moving to London to pursue further training and new challenges.
