Cristina Tudor is a Romanian actress based in London. In 2017 she completed her BA studies in Acting at the National University for Theatre and Cinema in Bucharest. Cristina is currently studying in the MFA program at East 15. She has a wide variety of movement skills refined through years of training and performing experience: contemporary dance, contact improvisation, horse riding and she is a quick learner of combat choreographies. She can also sing and enjoys exploring various genres. Cristina has an extensive experience with touring shows and devising, in which combines music, dance, poetry and improvisation. She also has a wholly immersive approach to the acting process. Ever since she came to London, she has been highly involved in school projects, her role palette stretching from Don Pedro in As You Like It at Shakespeare’s Globe, directed by Tom Davey (2017), to Hester in Rattigan’s Deep Blue Sea, directed by Robin Sneller, and KAT in James Fritz’s Parliament Square, directed by Chris Meads, both East15 productions (2018). She has been a member of ArtGenerator Performance Group in Bucharest since 2015, creating and performing in shows like VIRGO, which toured around the country for almost three years. Other credits are The Body Of A Woman As A Battlefield In the Bosnian War by Matei Visniec, a UNATC production in Bucharest (2017), IBUSE, a theatre-dance show directed by Beatrice Tudor (2017) and various roles in shows at the Basme Cu Cai Arena in Bucharest, either as an actress, or equestrian. (2016) Currently she is preparing the character of Lucija Kos for the East 15 production of 3Winters written by Tena Štivičić and directed by Robin Sneller, which shall premiere in June 2018. Cristina is also working towards getting exposure to a wide variety of projects both on stage and on-screen.
